86 power steering pump problems
When car is cold power steering works worse, and it doesnt work at all at the begining of a turn then all the sudden works fine. It also works better or with no problems at all when its at higher rpms. I have no leaks and the fluid is real dirty. My question is is my pump bad or rack or both?
