I'm interested in what 1/4 mile times/speeds slightly modded (air intake & exhaust) c5's are running on nitrous & stock tires (150 shot or otherwise).....thanks!

ah, yes....this does walk a fine line between tech/performance and forced induction/nitrous.

98 vette convert auto 3.15 gears, shift kit nitto 555 rear tires vortec cold air package,13.21 at 105 without bottle,with bottle 12.11 at 119.78. :D

i am running Yokohama AVS sport 285/35/18 non runflat tires. i pulled my best 60' on the runflats tho...1.79, best on AVS 1.80

I've only been able to make 3 n2o passes so far. They were all done in November '99 at HRP. I set the rear EMT's to 28 psi, cleaned the tires with a small burnout and slipped the clutch while launching at 2800-3000 Rpm.

Mods at the time: NOS custom dry system (100 Rwhp), Donaldson intake, MTI crank pulley, B&M Ripper, C/R x-pipe, modified stock MAS, 160º thermostat and NGK TR6's.

1st run: 60'- 2.182, 330'- 5.365, 1/8- 7.920@97.51, 1000'- 10.099> 11.927 @ 123.83 Mph
2nd run: 60'- 2.131, 330'- 5.211, 1/8- 7.727@98.03, 1000'- 9.890> 11.705 @ 124.41 Mph
3rd run: 60'- 2.042, 330'- 5.281, 1/8- 7.839@97.41, 1000'- 10.026> 11.856 @ 123.49 Mph (different night)
