1998 horn issue
 

the horn suddenly sounded and would not stop while sitting parked in driveway........had to pull fuse to silence it......not sure if its an alarm issue or ground.......any ideas ???

It's the bladder/switch inside the steering wheel behind the air bag that is old and it causes a contact, so your horn honks. To fix it you have to pull the steering wheel and replace the bladder/switch.
