Extended Warranty
 

Does anybody have any recommendations on Extended Warranties for my 06Z?

I just purchased a 36 month 30,000 mile extended warranty for 1210 dollars for my 2008 06.

Every other dealer wanted at least 1700 dollars.

You can go wrong with. FICHTNER chevrolet......

:iagree: Call him and he will tell you what options (if any) you have on your 06 Z. If he says your SOL, then there are other aftermarket warranty companies to look into but I cannot recommend anything other than what Fichtner recommends for you, as I don't know of any others that are good that he doesn't deal with.

Having just purchased a 2006 Z06 myself..I just looked into this..There is nothing Fichtner can do. :ack:

Yeah, if the original poster does not have an existing GMPP on his car that has not been renewed a second time, I'm afraid he will be SOL.

Guys, any recommondations for any aftermarket warranty companies that have very good reputations and track records, other than the one that Fichtner deals with (the name of which escapes me)?

I haven't found a company I trust to warranty my '06

Thanks for the input. Has anybody had any experience with AAA extended warranties?

Not sure if I was unlucky, but I bought a 36 month extended and never used one penny of it!! Then about 6 months after my warranty expired, my top end needed to be rebuilt. I guess that is just the way the cards sometimes fall.
