If you're talking about the plastic cup that snaps on the the bottom end of the shaft it's not included as I had to remove it to install the aftermarket short shifter.

I think people should have to post that they want something to save a place in line. I have had this happen before and had to wait a week for the person first in line to say no. So here we go again. I am ready to pay now, but I could change my mind.:toetap:
