Can you please elaborate on what is ported. Are the intakes taken apart and ported? How deep into the runners are you porting. Any more pictures of the work?

Material is removed 5" deep up each runner. There are key areas in that stretch where removing material has an impact on performance. We work to port match the runner dimensions based on what heads a customer is running and the specs related to those heads. We also remove some material at the mouth of the plenum and smooth out transitions and rough spots 6-8" deep into the plenum. It is not necessary for us to remove each runner. However, when the work is completed, we remove the top and clean out debris and then reassemble before shipping to the customer.

No, it actually uses the stock LS2 style fuel rails with a spacer that allows you to use your stock LS1/LS6 injectors. The FAST part #146021 is the kit that LS1/LS6 owners can get that includes the fuel rails and spacers. LS1/LS6 owners will also need the throttle body adapter plate that allows you to bolt your 78mm throttle body up to the 102mm opening. If you upgrade to the LS2 90mm or Nick Williams 102mm throttle body, you don't need this adapter but you will need the wiring harness adapter that allows you to plug these throttle bodies into your LS1/LS6 wiring harness. All of these parts can be purchased on our website at http://www.peakspeedshop.com/.

I have an LS2 T-body and adaptor harness, just wondering if I could use my own rails. So I'd need a rail kit or OEM LS2 rails, Thanks!

Yes, that's correct. You will need a rail kit or OEM LS2 fuel rails and spacers that will allow you to raise the rail up about 1/2" to accomodate your LS1 injectors.

How much extra hp with a ported fast do they expect over a factory ported manifold on an LS7?

Ported FAST102 on LS7 gets around a 22 rwhp gain over stock unported LS7 intake manifold.

Radical Ported LS7 intake manifold gets around a 14 rwhp gain over unported LS7 intake manifold.

Basic Ported LS7 intake manifold gets around a 9 rwhp gain over unported LS7 intake manifold.
