Code correct Lemans Blue exterior, code correct Bright Blue vinyl interior, White convertible top. Numbers matching 390hp 427ci engine, numbers matching 4 speed manual transmission, numbers matching heavy-duty 3.08 posi rear-end. WOW! Is this the nicest C3 we've ever had in our inventory? Well if it's not, it's definitely in the top 10! This absolutely STUNNING 1969 Corvette 427/390hp Convertible is in immaculate condition, and it's obvious that someone spent a TON of time and money on this car. Originally assembled on February 21, 1969, the paint on this car is very good to excellent, with a deep shine. Convertible top is excellent as well with no staining and a clear window. Exterior door handles appear to be recent reproductions with very strong springs and a good finish. Front and rear bumpers are high-quality reproductions or rechromes, and are in excellent condition. Weatherstripping is recent and in excellent condition; Emblems look to be recent and are in very good condition. This car wears rally wheels in very good condition, with very good condition trim rings and center caps. These wheels wear Goodyear Eagle GTII raised white letter tires, showing approximately 10/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1969 Corvette 427/390hp Convertible shows recent seat covers and foam in excellent condition, as well as very good door panels, center console, dash pad, and steering wheel. GM seatbelts are present, and the fiber optics system seems to be working as well. Gauges are excellent with clear lenses with minimal fading. Carpet is correct loop style, and in very good condition. A Clarion DXZ275MP CD stereo has been added, although the original AM/FM radio will be included with the car. The numbers matching engine in this car shows casting date December 18, 1968, and final assembly date January 20, 1969. This engine wears a correct intake manifold, as well as correct clamps, hoses, and ignition shielding. Additions to this engine include a pair of Hooker Super Competition coated longtube headers, and yellow ignition wires. Original exhaust manifolds, AM/FM radio, and air pump will be included as well. Although not pictured, matching headrests are also included. Headlight actuators appear to be recent, the engine compartment is clean and well detailed. Frame is clean, solid, and rust-free. This car has been fully serviced, and all instrument gauges, lights, turn signals, brakes, engine, transmission and rear-end are all in good operating condition. Cars this nice don't come in everyday, so be sure and catch this one before it goes!
