Who doesn't feel this way right now ?

In the Spring there is no salt on the roads,
In the Spring there are clean cars

In the Spring you can drive on any sunny day.
In the Spring you fall back in love with your baby.

Its 50+ degrees outside, I just cleaned up my wheels, polished the exaust tips. I'll be going to the touchless car wash for 2nd annual spring wash so the underbody will get a cleaning after my Winter driving excursions.

The pertinent stanzas from Locksley Hall by Alfred, Lord Tennyson:

In the Spring a fuller crimson comes upon the robin's breast;
In the Spring the wanton lapwing gets himself another crest;

In the Spring a livelier iris changes on the burnish'd dove;
In the Spring a young man's fancy lightly turns to thoughts of love.

Haven't you heard ? 60 is the new 40. 50 is the new 30.
