Have you been going to that C&C on a regular basis? I last went to it back in September of last year. I was just getting ready PM airbrush1 because I know he goes there a lot. Has it grown any? |

No, you didn't miss it. I was wondering if it was still going on; I haven't been out that way yet this year.

I go to Maple lawn every Saturday I can... Its still going on for sure, and a hardcore group of us kept coming out all winter as well, we just move the meet indoors to the coffee shop when the weather isn't so favorable.
I'm a bit worried that with the new hunt valley cars and coffee, maple lawn will break up a bit, I know a bunch of us are planning on attending hunt valley this coming saturday. I really wish that the meet times were staggered a bit so people could attend both, but the hunt valley meet will directly compete with maple lawn c+c... There might have to be a discussion about moving maple lawn to later in the day if Hunt valley takes too much attendance away. I for one am torn, Hunt valley makes more sense for me to attend, it's closer, and I don't have to pay the tunnel toll to get there... but I love the guys at Maple lawn, and I'd hate to see that group break up and split between Katies and Hunt Valley rather than attend maple lawn. We shall see... I'll be at something every saturday morning though! |
In addition, I'd like to invite you guys to an open house a friends shop is having this saturday! It's mostly an import focused shop, but they do maintenance and installs on just about anything, and they're very good at what they do
here's a link to the facebook event page http://www.facebook.com/events/399840070030711/ the shop is located at 2315 Bel Air Road, Suite C1 Fallston, MD 2104 and the open house/meet is from 11am-4pm... A bunch of us will be cruising over after hunt valley's inaugural c+c |

I was there 2 weeks ago and the turn out was about 30 cars. I believe a bunch came over once katie's finished up.

Has anyone been to the Centre at Glen Burnie recently for the Friday night cruise-in? Just wondering what the turn out is like. Haven't gone up there in a while.
|
Agreed, the Saturday morning C&C at Katie's is worth crossing the Potomac. Huge turn out, great cars, and if you use Rt 193 the scenery in Great Falls is nice as well.
Location... http://maps.google.com/maps?oe=utf-8...e&ved=0CBAQ_BI Cheers, JB |
