Muffler Mods @ WGP

We can perform the Muffler Mod for you at Weapons Grade Performance if you're in the Northeast! Total cost is $275.

Uncork your Z06! Just completed one of these and they sound awesome!

Not really a bad price.

I did mine myself 2 years ago with only jackstands, a jack, and a HELLUVA lot of elbow grease. It was a PITA and I was 28 and worked out regularly.

If I could do it over again and had the cash laying around -- totally worth it.

Free bump.

Yea without a lift lowering the rear subframe to get the passenger muffler out is a PITA.

Weekend Bump!

Poor mans exhaust...... I love it!!!

My car has the muffler mod done and it kicks ass. Stealthy, so it looks stock and sounds stock with no drone with the flaps closed. When open, the tone is the same as stock (which rocks), but throws out so much more volume. Great mix of civilized and raw.

Not to mention its cheap!

:iagree:This is the best mod for the $ and the moddified stock exhaust sounds as good as any aftermarket exhuast for a boat load of LESS $.

I had these stock modified exhaust and now have bullets and honestly believe think I like the modified stockers better (with mild to wild of course). They sound exotic at idle, really good cruising around, minimal drone, and BAD to the bone at WOT!!!!!!!! :smash:

Bob:

Goggle and youtube is your friend.

You can get this done by Blackdog for about the same price it ROCKS and is a no brainer for you!!

I'll put one on our YouTube page!

As Doug is putting up the video, in the meantime, I might have something that could help.

Sorry, I don't have a back to back comparison vs stock, but here is an inside video of the car at a local autocross. You can hear it under load (instead of just a sitting rev) and at various RPMs. Sounds great! Someone at the autocross also commented on my video about the sound as well...

"Watched you out there on saturday, looked good and car sounded amazing."

I need to find someone in the Dallas area that does it for that price, but still does a good job.
