FS - Ace Slick Hyperblack Wheels w/Correct C5 Offset

Edit - Sale Closed (Sold)

For sale is a set of Ace Slick Hyperblack wheels in the correct, original C5 offset (53mm/front and 63mm/rear) that allows for larger brakes/rotors. The wheels are in excellent shape.

Note - If you are comparing against new wheels, make sure the vendor still offers these wheels in C5 offset. Many offer them under "C5/C6 Corvette" and the wheels are actually C6 wheels that will require spacers if you have larger brakes/rotors. The C5 offset is becoming harder to find and is usually limited to vendor stock.

19" X 11" Rear
4 Center Caps with C5 logo included
4 TPS included (6 years old)

Those are beautiful wheels - what are you going with now?

I just installed a set of CCW 505As. The Hyperblack Ace Slicks are great wheels, however since I needed some new rubber, I thought I would go with deep dish wheels this time and I've always liked the CCWs.

However, I felt a little nostalgic when I removed the Ace Slick wheels last week. I've received a lot of compliments over the years. Below is my last picture, the day I removed them. :(

What are the offsets on them?

I have the Z07 wheels from Corvette Garage, 53mm front and 63mm rear (19x11), problem is my right wheels are warped, waiting on Nate from Corvette Garage to see if they have any 63mm left over, said they were discontinued :(

I'm not sure on the numbers, however these are the original C5 offsets and I purchased them from Corvette Garage.

The fact that they are discontinued is the issue I addressed in the original post. The Ace Slick or "Z07" wheel is still available, however it is offered only in the C6 offset so the C5 offset is limited to whether or not the vendor has it still in stock.

Cool, if you get a chance, the offsets are stamped on the inside of the spokes.

As far as you know, they are not warped?

Thanks. I didn't know the offset numbers are stamped on the inside of the wheels. I will check and let you know as I have them boxed up in the garage.

They are not warped and have less than 9K road miles. The car was mostly a garage queen the first 4 years of ownership due to my business travel and moving from Chicago to Florida. I originally offered the wheels with my Yokohama tires and although the tires had the same low miles, I didn't feel comfortable selling tires that were 6+ years old so I had them removed. I gave them to a friend of mine and he plans to burn through them at the local drag strip.

Edit - Just checked the wheels and they are 63mm offset (rear) and 53mm offset (front). Updated original post as well.

I have the C6 Z06 brake up grade on my 99 C5 . Will your wheels clear the new brakes without spacers ?

They should based on the offset. I ran Baer Eradispeed rotors, 1-piece in the front and 2-piece in the back with no problems.

I wonder if the company who makes them could tell me I am having a little bit of a tough time finding a set I have a set but the front needs spaces big time . Same size as your but offset is wrong.:willy:
