Great car with lots of curb appeal. I also agree you should post pictures. It can't hurt the sale process.

Good luck with the sale!

You're probably right....I'll take some photos and post 'em.
She is beautiful though and I can't stand to part with her.

I am probably the only person on the forum that doesn't know exactly what the Cooksey
modifications involve. Can someone please enlighten me? Thanks

Special paints (crystal red), black hood strip with 427 badging, special interior two tone gray interior leather upgrades, autographed and numbered by Cooksey, upgraded wheels. The special edition was that 505 hp (505 built) 427 ci (only 427 sold in US and 78 outside US).
It also came with navigation system XM radio, Onstar, etc, but not sure if that's an upgrade or not. You can google it and get a more precise description as mine is just from memory. The only thing I changed was to tint the windows to protect the interior. All I can say is she's a head turner everywhere I go

OP added detail - but since he's struggling with photos you can GOOGLE "427 Limited Edition" or "Cooksey Z06" and come up with plenty of photos.

Thankfully, they all look pretty much the same unless the owner modified them.

-Representative photo removed to avoid confusion with OP's actual pics now that they've been posted...

Hey, thanks for posting. Mine looks exactly like this photo with two exceptions: windows are tinted and it has Corvette lettering accross the top of the windshield.

Please, Lord. Find a buyer for this beautiful Z06 before I do something silly!:willy:

Cscokd 01-08-2013 07:02 PM

She's a great car! I'd be willing to split the shipping cost for anyone on the east coast.

I took lots of pics, so email me if you want a closer look....and to assuage any concerns, I'm so confident in it's good condition that I will take it to any dealer or shop of your choice for a full inspection and will repair anything that is found to be a problem at my cost.

I am looking for a C-6 Z06, by any chance would you be interested in a partial trade for my ZR1? I'm in the Bay Area also.
