need some information on zo6
 
hi looked at buying a zo6 yesterday the car has competion
tires and brakes on it a 7800.00 upgrade from factory . half the tire on the inside look normal and the outside looks almost bald like a track tire can i run these tire on the road or should they be replaced asap
and install run flats or try to sell on forum and what are they worth??
car has 18 miles on it i have no plans on raceing the car on a track
19/20 tires

Hey Gabe,
Sounds like its a Z07 performance package. Should have Carbon Ceramic (ZR1) brakes.
The tires are Michelin Pilot Sport Cups, and they are "legal" race tires. That flat spot (assuming it is still within spec) is part of the tire design.

BTW, I would kill to have a Z07 Z06!!

It does sound like the Z07 package. 2012 Z07 has the pilot sport cup tires, 2011 Z07 has the PS2 tires. I don't think you would have a hard time selling the cup tires as long as you ask a reasonable amount.

They are street legal but would wear out in about 5K miles even with just street driving.

thanks if we make the number right it will be in garage soon and tires will go for sale
