I need some help deciding on a new car..!?
 

I can't decide on a car should I get a 2014 BMW 550i xdrive M sport or a loaded 2014 Benz cls 550 sport 4matic..???? Both twin turbo v8 and both around same price tag... And both after a mod and tune make over 600tq and remain under warrantee..!! Lol I think I covered the basis..

I wasn't flaunting I don't know much about German cars and I didn't know if the Benz was better than the BMW I figured a bunch of fellow Vette owners would know but I guess there just a bunch of guys that can't help anyone unless it has to do with a corvette which is why most car clubs think we're all dicks... And just to clear the air before I bought my Vette I had a cobra and pissed on plenty of u guys that thought u were fast!!! Just sayin...!! Just sounds like unfriendly people!!!

Well I disagree with the above posts. I dont think you are flaunting anything. even though this is a Corvette Forum it's still a car forum. You're asking car guys for car advice at the end of the day. I would get the benz I think it's amazing vehicle. Its also better looking than the bmw imo. Good luck and enjoy! Sounds like some of the members above have a bit of jealously they need to work out. I drive an 06 corvette with some mods as thats whats in my budget. I dont see anything wrong with someone having something nicer or faster than I do if they can afford it.

CLS looks better to me....but it's hard to be that BMW "maintenance" warranty.

Yep..... tough crowd here and it's sad but alot of people here think any other car besides a vette is a waste of time..... very close minded.

The CLS Benz is a beautiful car and is more attractive looking than the 5 series BMW..... However the BMW is going to deliver a more exciting drive and be a bit sportier from a driver's standpoint. Also the backseat of the CLS is limiting in terms of space/headroom. If your buying for looks then go with the Benz, if you are looking for a car that will be somewhat exhilarating to drive get the BMW. I would suggest a good test drive of both cars. If you have not looked into it yet I would also look at the Audi S6 and S7

You may want to check into maintaining warranty after a tune. Automakers have been adding security to their ECM code to verify if it has been modified from stock.

This is definitely true..... I spend quite a bit of time over on the Audi boards and alot of guys are getting flagged for tuning. Even GM can tell if a car has been tuned (even if flashed back to stock).

I can't decide on a Jet, should I get the Lear 45 or the Gulfstream G150. Both jets are around the same price and with a few mods should fill my needs. Lol I think I covered the basis.. :D
