Considering the C6 ZR1 is 7:19 I doubt it. I am not sure I believe the link as it was from an unkown Chinese source. McLaren is still only claiming their goal is sub 7 minutes and have no official times as of yet.

McLaren just replied with the following statement about the above slide (which shows the time in question):P

The image in question was included on a slide which was part of a mood board to inspire the design team for the McLaren P1™, and not the engineers, who are working to a target time of ‘merely’ sub-7 minutes.
