1982 exhaust
My 82 has sock mufflers on it... If I wanted to change to mufflers for a deeper rumble and noise... What would u suggest... BTW mufflers on it now are the originals

I really like Dynomax Ultra Flos and Magnaflows. They tend to be pretty quiet at idle and cruise, and sound great when you get on it.

The PO had the converter removed and had a true dual exhaust, with an H-Pipe and MagnaFlow mufflers installed on my 82. The Oxygen sensor is still connected to the RS pipe where the converter once was. To me the sound is great, get alot of comments on it, very happy with the choice that they made. There is quite a selection to pick from, and it seems that alot of members use the CC exhaust system and are very happy with the results...... |

I have the stock exhaust on my 82 and I actually like its sound better than a lot of aftermarket systems i have come across. its quite at the light but picks up when i give it gas

My 82 exhaust is factory except for a pair of flowmasters. They sound nasty, like an old pickup truck. The magnaflows I have had in the past just sound cleaner to me. When the time comes to replace this setup, it will be magnaflow for me.

I have the CC true duals with Magnaflows. Really like it and they way they fit. I also like the sound of Flowmasters but they have a terrible cabin drown. I did not like the looks of the fat looking mufflers of FlowMasters hanging out the back.
