Cool mustang driver...
 

So I was driving home last night in my black vette, whenever I drive it home on a Saturday night there's always an 85% chance someone in another car will rev on me or just try to be an idiot and see if I'll bite...well there was a nice 99-04 black mustang with black wheels in front of me that was clearly modded as I could see a gauge cluster and also I could tell it had an after market exhaust....well after ending up side by side at a red light with cars in front of us I was totally expecting the guy to rev his engine or lunge forward trying to erk me...so I waited for it...all of a sudden the guy sticks his arm out and gives me the big thumbs up. Took me a second to realize what was happening, I musta been in shock...I returned the gesture and he made a right turn and didn't even punch the throttle...guy couldn't have been older than 20...nice to see not everyone is an idiot...

I was out in mine last weekend and saw a black Mustang working his way through traffic, pulled up next to me and yelled sweet car man with a thumbs up.... Gave him one back and said yours too:thumbs:

A friend of mine has a bright red '13 5 liter. Very nice car and sounds good too. All stock but still pretty fast. Oddly, it has pretty skinny tires on the back.

Extremely odd........it's ALWAYS the mustangs for me. Sounds like a responsible young man that will someday move up to a vette, and I also have 2 stangs, 07 and 89. Son has a wicked 91 fox body but no match for my Callaway. Nice story.

Always when you least expect it. Honestly, I get more idiots in trucks trying to race me than anything else. Very annoying.

I give a thumbs up to Camaros, Mustangs, Challengers, and now Vettes! Funny, I never thought about giving Vettes a wave or a thumbs up until now!

Most muscle/sport car guys around here return it. Funny, it's the high school kids in the ricers, or the guys in an Olds Cutlass with 24" wheels that seem to have the need to push or challenge.

I must admit if the time/area is right and I'm in the mood my younger self will take over (I'm 34) and will smoke an a$$hole being an a$$hole, still this particular driver was cool...

Normally it's the BMW and Euro guys that are pricks around here and back in FL. Well, the Infiniti G35 and G37 drivers were the WORST back in FL.

Yeah for some reason the big diesel pickups want to mess around. I just kind of ignore them.

Exactly let's talk real world sh!t here! Kind of going against what I was preaching in this post but it is what it is...

In my opinion, nothing sounds meaner than a modded 'stang with a good exhaust system on it! Our Vettes sound great but they just don't have that hotrod sound! I think they sound killer with flowmasters and turn-downs.

I'm from Tennessee also and some of these street-legal diesel's around here are no joke! Some are pushing over 800 Hp and have insane amounts of torque!
