Look what we found in the Detroit area.
Look at what we found last Friday...
They where all behind the GM Heritage Center in Sterling Heights, MI. Follow the link to see a slide show of more pictures. Sorry about the quality they where all taken with my cell phone and a couple are out of focus. http://s21.photobucket.com/user/Paul...show/2014Vette http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...pse25762d8.jpg |
T/M for sharing. Were you there for Woodward Dream Cruse? I did the cruse in 2012, had a blast, I will return.

Apparently he hasn't heard about not leaning on a dream! I'm afraid a lot more of this will be going on with our cars.

I doubt any damage occurred, and certainly no children were harmed. :D

I guess GM needs to teach it's employees how to treat a car.
There was a piece of paper on each dash that said "Marketing Promotion". The VIN numbers where in the 400's. They where putting license plates on them (opening the hatch and hanging inside from the halo). Then assigning people to each of them, who where then driving them off into the wild blue yonder... Our Vette club (Valpo Vettes) went on a road trip Thursday to see the Lingenfelter Collection and then on Friday to the GM Heritage Center. |

Now you know why your new vette has 65 miles on it when you pick it up!! lol
|
... GM needed to do further testing of the cars, and
these were employees getting ready to go. From the site: -- we needed to put several hundred miles on 30+ C7s this week......... So - best way to do that: Leave Sterling Heights and drive to the tip of the "Lower Peninsula" - in groups of a dozen each ... |
