496 Stroker Cam recommendation

In process of getting my 496 BB short block cleaned up after a wiped cam, and need to decide on what cam to replace it with.

Build details:

Chevy 427 BB, stroked to 496 cu in
Eagle forged rotating assy, SRP -3cc pistons
Stock Quadrajet and intake
063 closed iron heads with 2.19/1.88" I/E valves
Stock exhaust manifolds with 1969 side exhaust
4-speed M21, close ratio, 3.08 rear
Need enough vac for power brakes

Car is 1969 coupe, frame off resto. Goals are a reliable highpo street machine for an occasional driver. Don't want/need to go over 6k rpm.

Previous cam was a custom hydro FT, 240/244 112 LSA. Was good while it lasted ... Vac was low but acceptable.

After going thru the grief of a wiped cam, leaning towards a roller hydro. Recommendations?

Just one- Chris Straub
He seems to be the "go-to" guy for cams.
