c5 working class

I'm just curious what some of you fellow C5 owners do for a living.

I'm sure there are all types of people on the forum and thought it would be interesting to see what people do when they are not playing with their car and/or how they fund the sickness. :D

I am a supervisor at a local company that builds locomotives.

next...........

:lurk:

I'm a HVAC Service technician, fix A/C on homes and buildings, not much heating work in the Phoenix area.

I used to love doing the work, but over the years have come to hate it, crazy hours, a lot of time not getting paid, corruption of companies to customers and employees, a lot of time not having a job, even though you have a job, sitting around waiting for work in the off season, since the trade went away from hourly to commission.

Oh yeah, when working into the night after starting at 7am, not getting paid overtime because it's commission and hear in the meeting "you guys should be thankful you have a job!"

Also, no choice but to work all through the hours on call, that or you are fired!
