Auto Blip

New electronic device for rev matching on downshifts similar to the system in the new C7 Corvettes.
Adjustable. Hooks to the clutch, brake, and accelerator pedal.
Blips the throttle when you push the clutch in.
Can be turned off with the press of a button for normal driving.
The device is the small box with two knobs to the left of the video screen in the center console in the video below. Only the clutch was used for the downshifts in the video. No throttle manipulation by the driver.

You need to adjust it based on your downshifting habits.
Everyone downshifts different.

Looks like you have a Aim Solo. Is it the DL version? What do you think of it?

Thanks

not sure I want to trust a device to "control" my throttle!

That's not what it does.

Works great. Used it at Autobahn, Road Atlanta, Barber, and Atlanta Motorsports Part.
All of the C6 data logging functions work except the steering wheel angle log does not read in degrees. It shows weird numbers between 550 and 2550. Have emailed AIM here in the US but no resolve yet.

People rave about here... Awesome product works simple...

TTZ06VETTE 10-14-2013 12:45 AM

Do they make it for a 2007 C6z06? I see 2009 and up on their website.

5280Racer 10-14-2013 12:53 AM

It works on all of them
