1960 vet windshield installation
can I mount the lower windshield channel with the studs first onto the car then the windshield assembly to the channel,or do I assemble the whole unit.......what is easiest way to mount windshield back on the car? is there a process?

You want the whole frame ready-to-go and together before mounting:
http://chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com...62csg0104.html I know of no windshield company (not around me anyway) that will touch a C1. It ain't one of their usual "glue and pop-it-in" jobs and the opportunity fink something up is monumental... |

There is no modern "Auto Glass" shop, per se, that is knowledgeable or capable of replacing these that I know of. Rich |
