Help w/ Pfadt Street Alignmnet

I recently brought my car to a large local Chevrolet Dealership and paid for alignment providing them with the Pfadt Street Specs. When I got the car back they said it was tuff but they got it in my tolerances provided. A few days later I took the car on a road trip and noticed that if I let go of the steering wheel the car immediately tracks to the right. This took place heading both directions on IH 35, SH 130, I 45 in the Austin and San Antonio area. Now that I realized I also notice it on other roads even at slower speeds. I brought it back to them today and 6 hours later they called me and said they drove it and it is normal that the car will pull to one side and their is nothing they can do. They said they did not attempt to make any corrections as the only thing they can do is adjust it and it will pull to the left instead of right. The car did this with the original tires and also still does the exact same thing with the brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sports I had installed a couple days ago.

Can anyone help with this that may have experienced a similar problem?

Thanks in advance,

Lusky

Update:

The shop manager took a ride with me and saw what was needed to be done and took care of it himself. I waited till he was done and then we took a ride again and the problem was fixed. Showing up worked out better than discussing over the phone.

Thanks,

Lusky
