I swear I replied to this topic already buy maybe the post didn't go through...weird

I have this intake. I haven't had it for very long, but it's definitely nice looking. We did have the car on the dyno, but the intake was added with a giant list of other mods so there is no way to tell how much it was actually worth. However after having two modded ZR1s I think an intake is a worthwhile mod on this car. It's definitely not a useless mod like a lot of the other worthless junk that guys buy for these cars. I will say that thus far it does not seem to have the issues that plagued the K&N C6Z06 intake system. The filter didn't like to seal on those, but this one doesn't seem to have that problem. It looks like Halltech no longer has an intake for our cars, so this is the only other one I was aware of for our cars...at least for the stock snout, but I could be wrong.

Not worth it let alone. Discontinued anyway

You sure you aren't thinking of the Pratt and Miller intake that's been discontinued?

K&N Website says in stock and ready to deliver.

timmyZ06 04-03-2014 02:09 PM

yes my bad! but still not worth it, unless at least a tune and pulley

Al3x_666 04-03-2014 08:05 PM

Yes Tom!

Im looking to add this to pulley and headers + tune when I will be ready!

I just asking if its worth the money... and K&N say 2x hp !

BearZ06 04-03-2014 08:34 PM

27 HP but at almost 6000 rpm and 20 lbft at almost 4300 rpm.
