C5 Trouble Codes

Hi I have a 2002 with 29000 miles and get the dreaded "service active handling code. I pull the following codes:

C1214H
C1226H
C1233H
C1276H
C1287H
C1288H

LDCM

B2282H
B2286H
B2284

RDCM

B2283H
B2285H
B2263H
B2265H
U1064H

Surely a ground issue right? The weird thing is every now and then at highway speed she "grabs" the brakes on one of the corners...Its pretty scary. Any ideas or does anyone know any specialists in Dallas?

The C1287 and C1288 are for the SWPS (steering wheel positioning sensor) that is going out. That will cause the brakes to pull one side or the other. Had to replace mine because of this. All is good now. Erase the codes and take it for a drive and see what codes come back before you shut off the car. The SWPS cost about $65.00 at www.gmpartshouse.com and take about 2.5 to 3 hours to replace.

All of these came on at once, all was well and then all of the sudden all of these came on.

Defiantly check the grounds, but I bet you will have to change the SWPS. When mine went out I had a bunch of other codes also. That is why you should erase them drive it awhile and check them again before you shut the car off.

I have erased a few times and even pulled the battery for about an hour. I've only driven the car 1000 mi in the last year and half and these always come back ):
