For shipping, I'm in 29456, and I know FedEx ships tires, bare so this probably who i'd use. figure 15-20 lb a tire.

updates:
new the tires cost 160 a piece from Jegs and they come with 6/32 tread depth and I measured them to be at 5/32.

Far as shipping, I don't know, I provided my zip so the information can be taken to your fav shipper, but here is some more pertinent details: tires weight is 28.2lb, measure roughly 28 tall by 11" wide, and fedex can ship them as is (no box needed as i just received new tires from them and all they had was the shiiping sticker on them).

no damage, no patch, just plain all good tires that need a good home or i can make them planters too (wife might have an issue with that lol)

Wish you were closer for pickup. You might have better luck posting your DR's in the drag racing section. I notice there are already a few for sale on there, but not 15 inch.

Still have the tires? Are they 555r's? Tires should weigh about 35lbs each. How much to ship to 98001 Wa. state? any patch's or bead damage?
