Vendor Sales?

Are there any parts vendors with any upcoming sales or free shipping? I was about to place an order with a vendor in another state before I discovered they charge sales tax on parts and also sales tax on shipping and handling on out of state sales. I have a company in Georgia and we don't charge sales tax on shipping, handling, labor or out of state sales. (just venting)
