I'm not sure you can. According to the 63 NCRS judging manual on original 63/64 corvette storage covers there is a jacking instructions label that would have part number 3826484 and cars equipped with positraction rear axles there would be a positraction caution label part number 3745926. These labels were glued to the underside of the board with the jacking instructions on top of the positraction label. Also, on the 63 boards only, the bezel inserted into the finger hole would have been zinc or bare metal and not chrome as in the 64-67 boards.
