Spring Mountain

Tomorrow is my last day at Spring Mountain. (3 days) It's going to take at least a week to come down from the adrenaline rush and I may need Prozac to deal with the depression of not being here. Really, the discount is a mind blowing opportunity. Do the full three days though.:rock: Fantastic!

An amazing experience indeed! :yesnod:

Glad you are enjoying your time at Spring Mountain. Enjoy your last day at the track and have a safe trip home.
I was there several years ago as an observer. My friend won the 3-day session directly from Ron Fellows at the ALMS race at Lime Rock Park in CT in 2012. I got laps, as a passenger, in all the Corvettes, ZR1, ZO6 and GS. It was a great time. I took all the photos and video for my friend so he would have a complete record of the event. I highly recommend this track experience to everyone.:thumbs:

My son and I went together......... a lifetime memory. And the following week he ordered his own car!!! Great marketing dollars for GM in his case.

I'm going Aug 11-13 3 Day class with the free lodging offered in July & Aug. I am so excited and a tad bit nervous. Only drag raced, never did any road track racing. Can't wait to go over 100!

I did three days in June, what a great time.

I am heading to Spring Mountain next week ..... Have also been to Bondurant for three days.

I drove the ZR1 at Bondurant but really never had the opportunity to turn it loose. It will be interesting to compare the course and class.

Quick question: is it one certificate per Vette or a certificate for each registered owner? Wife and I are both on sales contract, title, & registration. She really wants to go too.

Not trying to hijack. Seems related.
Thx

Been thinking about signing up for the promotion and I would like to take my wife. The big question is, while I am having fun on the track is there anything in the local area to keep her entertained / busy?

And does the instruction / track period occupy the entire day or is it limited to a few hours, like 4 or so?

Thanks,

Likely to be one driving certificate for the new C7. However, with arrangement, I am told, the wife can attend the class for a small price and "maybe" drive the track with an instructor.
