All new CCW SP540 hybrid 19x10/20x11.5 setup
 

Haven't been frequenting the forum for quite some time now, but since we have something truly new to show, it's time we got involved again. The hybrid wheel is a variation of our single piece forged wheels in a special machined configuration to become a modular wheel. This allows for the styling cue's and finish options of a multi-piece wheel, while retaining the strength of a monobloc forged wheel. this car is running a 19x10 front and 20x11.5 rear with 275 30 19 front and 305 30 20 rear tires with the wheels done with brushed center and polished lip.

So after looking at your website to try and understand what this is, is it in essence a two-piece wheel (center and inner rim, plus a separate outer rim shell)? Looks great, btw.

yes, the center and back half are machined from the forging that normally is used to make one of our sp-series wheel.

I'm in the market to replace the 505a's with a wider setup and the hybrids definitely have my attention. I was hoping for an 18/19 combo but you're currently not doing 18's. Any plan to release that size any time soon?

I do have a question for those that have had wheels with the fake/otherwise rivets. Am I imagining thing or can they be a real PITA to clean?? Probably the single reason I've avoided wheels with them.

Yes, painful by hand but easy to clean with a lug nut brush.
