Curb Alert need little technical support.

I just installed my new curb alert and it works fine, except for the heated seats. The seats aren't working but the curb alert is working.
When I replaced there connections and put in original fuse the heated seats work fine, swap it back, seats won't heat.
Had anybody else experience this problem, if so what was the fix.
Thanks

Check your directions. I think you left the fuse out for the seats. If I remember right, both fuses need to be installed in the fuse tap.

The tap wire that inserts only goes in certain direction, and according to video, it was correct, and is fused item.

I think BOTH fuses need to be installed. Your seats are not fused.if the curb alert is working and the seats are not.....

Here is picture of the hook up, and you can see the hot wire, I think that the connector has the problem

I am sure you checked but is one of the fuses fried?

The fuses are perfect checked, and if it was blown, the curb alert wouldn't work, it's the wire, something is not letting it go all the way inside the slot.
I think the other fuses is stopping it.

I had the same issue. Called the company, and they told me that both fuses need to be installed in the connector. After I installed the fuse in the connector, the seat heaters worked fine.

It could be that the fuse tap itself is defective. Either that, or you have lost a battle with Occam's razor and have yet to realize it. ;)

All is working, curb Alert and heated seats.

Here was the problem, they told you to pull the circuit breaker but you are suppose to install it on tap has small slot for it, and now everything is working correctly. I contacted the manufacture they gave me my mistake, so much for video's and instructions.

:DWe are happy again.

Now that you have it all set, I respectively have to ask------you live in FL (and, yes the rest of us are jealous up North here in the winter)----why do you need seat heaters? I don't even use them up here when I can get out in the winter (because I will have a winter coat on---with the top down, of course). Glad you got it squared away.

Glad you ask, when you have bad back the heat from the seats feel so good on aching back, and I'm not taking the wife's SUV, I bought Corvette to drive and scrape when I park.
Oh yes last year I used the heated seats, cause you have to remember when you live 90's everyday when it drops in the 60s it's cold out here, but I still wear shorts all year round.
The news said there is cold front that will hits tomorrow, and right now at 1900hrs EST it's 85, but tomorrow our low will be 67, with high 87.
I better get out the sweater.:lol:

True story -----I have had back problems for over 40 years---for the last 20 or so it was concentrated in my lower back; sciatic nerve down my left leg to my toes with constant throbbing pain in my hamstring and calf, with numbness in 3 toes.. Well about 3 years ago I hurt my right shoulder weight lifting and ended up at the doctor's office for a cortisone shot. She gave me the shot in my right shoulder, and 7-10 days later I was 100% pain free from the pain in my back and my left leg????? A few months later very slight pain came back to my back-----------and then over a year ago I had to have a biopsy done where my back pain emanated from, and I ended up with the pain down my leg again---but not nearly as bad as it was. As for the weather--I have already had the heat on in my house 3 times to take the morning chill off after the temps dropped into the 40's a few times.
