The more I look at the rear end of C7 the more it looks like what a mid engine Corvette might have to look like in the future. Has GM done this styling treatment to get us used to what is to come with C8??

You're just posting at the wrong time :lol: There have been about 100 threads on a "mid engined Corvette".

But in short, no.
