Are the letters painted, or are they decals? Are the raised, horizontal lines and 5.7L painted, as well?

The letters shown in the picture are chrome decals. We can custom paint the decal letters if you want. We can also paint decals that will go on over the ridges and 5.7. We will install the letters for you and you can install the rest of the kit if you want to. The price for the custom painted letter kit is $35.00.
