Meth injected immediately post blower in plumbing

So would injecting just post boosting under pressure at it's hottest point and allowed to flow through the air to air radiator and then into the intake generate cooler intake temps? Or is there less temp drop with this method. It's just a thought I've had and never read about this.

Then the meth may condense in the intercooler.
Best to spray after the MAF. And relocating the IAT sensor to a point after the meth nozzle should be done as well.

Agreed. If you get methanol on the MAF the car acts like it wants to die, not fast at all. I did this by holding the test button too long at idle once.

both valid concerns I did not think about. Specially getting the MAF wet.

An intercooler requires a difference in temperature between the boosted air and the ambient air for the heat to be pulled from the boosted air. The great the difference the more efficient the intercooler is.

So if you spray meth before the intercooler you are effectively reducing the intercoolers efficiency.

Also meth will pretty much evaporate at room temp if atomised correctly. So the warmer than ambient intake air will have not problem evaporating the meth and reducing intake temps.

Is this the best use of meth? Jury is still out. Some say your better keeping it as a fluid until it enters the cylinders. Some say it's better to reduce IATs.

Thats exactly what I done with the ECS Alky Meth kit, heres a few pics. I powder coated my fittings, dont like the brass look.
