what's this I hear about a c8?
 

I'm reading about a large number of sources saying that there will be a c8 corvette for 2017 with a mid-engine, now I expected the c7 to last a bit longer in the market than that before the next gen release. Thoughts?

It would be the end of an American Sport Car tradition.

They seem to think this will be an additional model in addition to the front engine Vette.

There has been talk about the mid engine Vette for YEARS.

Every year someone "leaks" information about them, but they are not real.

There is no real evidence that a C8 is coming.

Hmmm Les Stanford is taking deposits on the 2017 (Zora) according to their ad.

Maybe it will be a Cadillac

I hope there is a Zora (or whatever they call it).

C8 would be interesting.... Honestly it probably won't be a while until it comes out anyways.
