Don't know if that will work, but I ordered the grill a couple of days ago. With a little luck, she'll never notice. :D

You will need an aero plate holder designed for the Z06 grill. We carry a painted one here http://www.rpidesigns.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=5150 or you can get a unpainted one from GM.

We can do these for the camera equipped grill but the cost will change if you want the painted grille to come with the cameras installed. Or you can take the cameras out of your old grille and install it in the painted grille. The grilles are the same other than the cameras. Give Don a call if you have any other questions.

Do you know if this grille is same material as OEM ?

And do you know if i can slightly change shape by applying heat to it ?
Putting on an aftermarket front and need to "bend" it slightly 3/4 inch center

Yes, this grille is the same as the original. As far as the heat goes, I really couldn't say for sure because I haven't tried it. It is plastic though so I would think it could bend some if you take time and are careful.
