DESCRIPTION:
Chevrolet Performance announces the launch of the Corvette Z06 rear quarter panel vents, for use on the Z51 model, to the Chevrolet Performance Parts program.

EFFECTIVE DATE:
Available immediately.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Developed by Chevrolet Performance engineers, these performance quarter panel vents were designed specifically for the Corvette Z06 to maintain cooling performance on the track. Substantial air flow is critical for cooling, thus the Z06 quarter vents offer larger openings for increased airflow to the transmission oil cooler and differential cooler. The vents provide approximately 25% airflow improvement (based on CFD analysis) over the Z51 at track speeds.

IMPORTANT: The Z06 rear quarter panel vents are now validated and approved to be used on the Corvette Z51.


Warranty Information:

• 12 months/Unlimited miles on parts only. See Chevrolet Performance catalog for full warranty details.

When installed on a Z51, product does not void vehicle warranty.

I found a thread yesterday in the forum posted by someone who installed them. It doesn't appear to be too difficult. Please call our parts department at 406-896-3000 to place an order. Ask for your CorvetteForum wholesale pricing.

Can you confirm that these are the ones on front of the wheels on the lower rocker and not the ones on top of the fender on the coupe? Pictures would be a great help if anyone else is monitoring this thread.

These are the TOP Quarter Panel Vents, not the lower vents.
