I have to say how disappointed I am with Marylandspeed. I am 14 weeks into my order with little information and lots of missing parts. On may 6 of this year I ordered about 3100 in parts from you guys. I was told around 4 weeks to get my parts in. My order consisted of a fast 102 intake, a nick Williams 102 throttle body, a set of 1 7/8 kooks headers and x pipe and a B and B bullet axle back. All I have received is the FAST intake.
On June 30, after being more than patient I sent an email wondering where my parts might be. I was given a short reply, with a note reminding me it was my burden to not have my schedule dependent on parts showing up because they were making no promises. I was also promised an inquiry and update. I received nothing. So here we are on August 14 and i'm just wondering what the heck is going on? Where is the update? I am a business owner and if I told a client 4 weeks and disappeared for 14 weeks they would be pretty upset. I understand you are a 3rd party vendor. But this type of customer service is simply unacceptable. I was lured in with the promise of cheap prices and now I believe I am getting what I paid for. Maybe someone can tell me where my parts are. On a side note, how long with this post last on corvette forum? Me having critical feedback on a sponsoring vendor? |
