Batwing Bushings
Does any one know who makes Delrin or solid alum bushings for the batwing/rear crossmember? I know there are polys.

i put poly in there (along with solid motor mounts), but wish i had did delrin in those. some people say its necessary to have some 'flexibility' to the system, but i think locking up the driveline rigid would be best |

There isn't much to the bushing, If you know the grade of aluminum you need a better vo tech machine shop ( normally no labor costs )could make them copying a sets of polys. A friend I knew had access to a lathe, so we made some control arm bushing for a stock car many years ago. It took 20 minutes to make first one about 10 minutes to make 5 more. Just a thought.

Yah I was thinking bout buying the poly and then some delrin rod and taking it to a guy I know if he doesn't want too much.
