I'm not sure that picture is even real. It doesn't look like it.
If you have to have them and spare no expense a company like EVOD can build them.
Bring your check book though.

Those aren't Vectors. It's a modern take-off on the Vector idea, but those wheels are huge and the "ribs" come down and stop, leaving an outer "hoop." The old Vectors took the rib design, which was apparently borrowed from the knockoffs, all the way to the wheel edge.

I agree that the photo looks like a mock up and the wheels don't look real. Interesting idea, though.

DesertSpider 04-23-2016 11:26 AM

Anyone have a picture of the old Vectors for comparison ?

The ones in the pic I posted are digitally rendered / not real.

I'm looking for the closet version I can buy, just haven't found who makes similar ones (in this size).

Front: P265/50R15
Rear: P295/50R15

And my '64 has flared fenders as well - so looking to mount / fit so that the wheel edge isn't radically inset or protruding from the body.

The original Corvette knock-off wheel was 15x6 and there have been reproductions forever but quite awhile back there was a 15x8 version built for the C3's. It's been awhile, maybe there's a set on eBay or Craigslist somewhere.

Who sells these ?!?

They look like they've been made recently (vs. in the 60's / 70's).

I had what I thought were Vectors on my custom'73 around 1982, and also a similar turbine with painted inserts for a short period on a custom '80 around 1987.
