Mystic, Ct. car show! Who's going?
 

Our club is driving from Central Pa. to Mystic, Ct. over the weekend of Sept. 28, 29, and 30th. A car show is scheduled for Sunday, the 29th. Is anyone else from the forum going and if you've been there, how does it stack up, as car shows go? :cheers:

My husband and I are taking both Corvettes to the Mystic show. I went last year (Alan participated in a different show that day) and loved it. It's a judged show, based on cleanliness and condition. There are 3 types of classes (Show, Super Street, and Street) which are divided into coupes and roadsters so you're competing with similar years/styles. If you like that kind of show, you'll love Mystic! See you there!!

I'll be there. It'll be my first at Mystic. Mystic doesn't need a 'vette show to get me to go down there. :yesnod:

Cool lookin' GS, but, what about the '74 and the driver. Is he coming, too? I'm kinda partial to some shade of orange at the moment and would like to see it, also! Buy the way, that guy with the C5 Stinger is always hangin' around. Whoops, that's the club president. Can't be too critical. Just kiddin' Jim. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Yes, the '74 will be at Mystic, too! The owner and driver of that car is my husband, Alan.

The show is being held at the Olde Mistick Village. Directions are Exit, 90, I-95, Coogan Blvd. (Seaport & Aquarium exit) in Mystic, CT. Registration is between 8:00 and noon, $15. Judging starts promptly at noon. Their website is http://www.forcorvettesonly.com.
