Pretty cool

TRANS DAMM 07-26-2016 11:20 AM

Looks great. Part number?

funz06 07-26-2016 11:29 AM

Like it! Could you let us know where we can we get it, and what part number do we ask for? Thanks.

RS4EVA 07-26-2016 12:51 PM

I have no idea. I just noticed it in some of the review photos of the GS. I'm sure Subchev or cultrag will find out

funz06 07-26-2016 01:22 PM

Oh.......bummer.......but thanks for tipping us off.......I will keep my eyes open for it..........

Interested in these too...

At this point anything would be better than the Camaro shifters !. Even a 3D printed stealth mount / lower profile would be a nice option down the road !

WHY???

Maybe they'd look OK on a yellow car, which the car pictured is... but they look out of place to me. Not sure paddle shifters are a feature that I would want to accent, but those who do... 'alla salute.'

... I just saw them in red on another site and have changed my tune... Not bad.

The red looks good on a car with red accents. I plan to add them to my 2LZ after it's delivered.

Id like to see red stitching in a black interior with red paddles and red seatbelts.

Did this other site give any indication as to where we can buy them? Thanks.

Exactly. Why draw your attention from the rest of the interior to these? That is gawdy.

I emailed Subchev/Trunkmonkey and he said they will be in stock in yellow and red soon.

Would be interested in a red set when they're available.

And when they come out with the torch red matching background for the gauge display, I will get that as well. Had it on prior two cars, and everyone loved the subtle look...........one dealer told me they sold the car to the 1st potential buyer because of these mods (exterior color matching cluster background, console, ignition button, and door lock covers) .................and with the 2nd car, that dealer gave me a bit more than what others were offering because he felt a customer he had in mind for a VERY quick sale would like such mods (which he did and the car was sold within48 hours after I traded it in)...........to each their own...............it is why Howard Johnson's had 28 flavors of ice cream.

I think Corvette could really make a lot more profit per car if they started letting buyers customize seemingly every component like Porsche does. It may not be your cup of tea, but nobody's asking you to drink it.
