If this is what a Z06 is capable of, what levels of performance will the ZR1 possess?

600 lbs. of olympic weights in the rear.

JoesC5 12-16-2016 02:07 PM

Does "simple bolt on" just mean a cold air intake and headers, or does it include boost modifications?

Tuning is on point for that car. Notice how fast it comes up on throttle(not nearly as much as the usual throttle lag out of the hole) and how perfect the shifts are.....

9.97@135 with bolt ons is awesome, especially on full width wheels/tires.

No doubt he had some killer DA.

I'm very interested in the details as well. I haven't been able to get to the drag strip since my bolt ons and I'm hoping for similar performance. Strong running car.

Car works nice, no doubt about it. I wonder if this was 11-18-16 @ MIR. If so, the DA wasn't all that great. +583 DA mid afternoon. I was at that event.

Lifting the front tires has more to do with great traction. Stock ZR1s on drag radials were doing it years ago at MIR.
