65 coupe in Exton, PA

I have no affiliation with this car but work very close by. Seems a good buy. I'd be willing to go look at the car for someone and take detailed pics. I'm not a C2 expert but did a frame off on a 69 so can look at overall condition and signs of body damage.

Just took a look at the link. I bought my 67 from this person. He buys / sells old vetts mostly, but other things as well. Small volume person, does it a a side hobby because he really loves old cars. He is a super stand up guy, and 3 years later I am still happy happy happy to have the car I have and to have worked with him.

Every car is diff for sure, and I am not going to make any value judgement on a car for sale (what it is and what it is worth), but I can highly recommend the seller 'Mark'. If anyone pursues, tell him Jim from Ma says 'hello'.

Cheers - Jim

I like the fact that it doesn't seem to have been cleaned up and sugar coated, but if the frame and birdcage check out I would offer him 5-10k less.

Still trying to learn and would like to someday own one..
The ad says its "original miles" how is this proven?

Thanks,
John

No real way to prove how many true miles are on a car, but certain wear items will show their use and abuse like pedal pads, clutch rod and linkage, carpet and seat wear, and anything else that has visible wear and tear. Environment and whether it's been in a garage or in/behind a barn all come into play.

I know Mark , when he says the car needs paint he isnt pulling any ones legs. He said it shows a lot better in pics.
