2014 vs 2016 thank you gift
 

I just received the Thank you gift from Chevrolet for my 2016 Corvette. The gift that came with my 2014 Corvette included a leather pouch that was the same color as my cars seats (Adrenaline Red). The 2016 gift did not include the leather pouch. The book has also changed although many of the pages are the same.

Same here with the purchase of my 2014, nice leather pouch with thank you letter. No thank you letter for my 2017 purchased in August.

That reminds me, I have a nice Brownstone pouch to use for something.

It's kind of an odd size, however. :lol:

I seem to recall a number of folks commenting along the line of the pouch was a nice touch, but also a touch impractical, as nothing would fit in it...to small for an ipad, too big for an iphone, etc.

Perhaps they were taking notes? :hide:

It's a shame to hear the pouch is not included anymore.

At least you got something, Canadian buyers got jack schit despite paying more for the same car.

I use mine for proof of insurance and vehicle registration documents. Perfect fit for the glove box.

I bought my 2016 bought on December 22 2016. I am surprised that GM didn't send the gift to all 2016 purchasers.

It was a classy way to use scraps. :yesnod: Even if I never use it.

It even has a nice embossed crossed flag on it, and the stitching matched my car.

Just kidding. I did get the thank you box though which was nice.

Gift? I didn't get a stinkin' gift with my 2014. What a rip!

Oh well. The car has been near perfect so I guess I can get by with out the leather deal.

Don't feel bad...I haven't received one for my April Z06 purchase.

I got the book with the thank you card in it. My car is an April 2016 car.

Wish I had gotten the pouch.

I got a full tank of gas.

Got the book, Thank You letter and a Ron Fellows Two day discount certificate. Most importantly, got some really good cookies (not sure why but I got a double shipment of cookies).
You know this also reminds me that I sent in my NCM card and have not heard back from them. I wonder how long that takes?
