Help Changing front 02 sensors with Kooks Headers
 

Any advice on how to change the passenger side O2 sensor without doping the header? Hp tuners is not picking up anything from the bank 2 O2 sensor and minimal reading on bank one. Drivers side was pretty easy but passenger is a bitch to get too. I am using the O2 sensor remover tool from AutoZone.

I know on my car it wouldn't be possible to remove the passenger o2 with the header fully installed as there is only a couple mm clearance to the block around the dome where the starter goes. Next time I have them off I'm going to do a little filing in the area because it seems that my o2 has definitely rubbed it before.

Best of luck, but I think you're going to have to get it loose at least.
