Removal factory exhaust
 

Does anyone have any tips on removal of the factory exhaust. I want to remove as a whole and not cut anything up. How do you get the top bolt off on the passenger and drivers side top flanges?? I've tried different universals ext ect. but no luck. Any tips or pictures would be much appreciated. If I can't get it off without cutting I will just take it to a shop. I like to do most of my work myself plus then I will have to get another vehicle large enough to haul the factory system home in one piece.

Sorry, I'm not sure of any specific tricks to remove the exhaust. It should be pretty straight froward.

What are you putting on?

I'm putting on a B and B Cat back system. Everything seems simple but those top two flange bolts when you put a universal or extention you can't get any leverage or have enough room to get them apart.

Spray liberally with penetrating oil, wait 24hrs. Use an air tool or try a crows foot or similar tool.
