One driver to hospital appeared air bag may have broken some ribs.
Girl passenger in yellow unhurt.

Don't know why the lead driver slammed on the brakes.
Someone may have pulled out in front of him or something else.
3 Cars behind were too close and could not stop.
Not too happy with #1 car.
