These were taken off my 2017 GS CE at 900 miles. The screws included are the screws that came off with it. I used the plastic bag method to keep the marking to a minimum.

Sometimes when you remove the screws you scratch them if you don't use something to protect the end of the tool. So I put a plastic bag to prevent marking up the screws. Thats all I am talking about. So its as perfect as humanly possible.

Do you know if these will fit a base z51 spoiler? And also do you know the difference between stage 1 and stage 2 winglets?

I don't know about the Z51. The stage 2 are taller than stage 1.
