Camarillo Autocross video. 7/16/2017.

Fun little track. Even hit the rev-limiter once. Coming in 2nd. place overall is not that bad when it's a Corvette brother.

Nice run. I like the shadow of the plane flying over.

Here is my video of the San Diego ACCA autocross from this Sunday.

Cool! I've noticed this before, it seems like we use more up travel (More fender well gap.) then down (Less fender well gap). Hmm.

Congrats - Live here in town might have to go to the next event to check it out

How many runs do you normally get at the Camarillo autocross? I would like to go up there for a weekend to attend an event but it's a lot of effort for 4 runs like we do in San Diego on championship days.

That's going to be hard to do being last weekend was their last weekend of autocrossing on that site. Had I'd known that I would have gone down instead of doing SCCA at Thunderhill this weekend.

Total number of runs is typically 12-15 runs. The field is limited in size so that this can be accomplished (about 30 cars). There are usually 5-6 run groups. Cars in each group take three timed runs and then it moves on to the next group until all groups have run. Then the process starts over beginning with the first group. Typically, each group runs 4 times by about 1 o'clock. Then the "official" timed runs begin.

All runs are timed, but the only ones that are recorded and reported on the website are last three.

So Camarillo isn't going to have autocross ever again or just not at the airport?
